Nilma was founded in Parma in 1956 on the inspiration of Pietro Nobili, who decided to apply his experience gained in food industry plants to large kitchens.The company has been developing machines and systems for the catering industry ever since.

Nilma’s technology is based on three factors: knowledge of the product for processing and its characteristics; the determination to produce foods of the highest quality while optimising times and resources; and the custom-made approach. The company also designs machinery and plants to the customer’s requirements.
